District Design PLLC, was commissioned to lead the design and historic renovation of the First State Bank Building (1909) later known as the Boyle Building. The State of Arkansas Attorney General will occupy all floors. Ground floor will have a coffee shop and Restaurant and Commercial space. Completion Q2 - 2025.
